Sounds and First Sentences
Pronunciation, stress, first words, identity, and safe beginner sentence shapes.

I can explain or apply: phonemic spelling, pure vowels, first-syllable stress, no hidden English spelling rules, subject + e + noun.
I can complete mixed practice for: pronunciation, recognition, IPA, reading aloud.

Needs, Questions, and Place
Wanting, needing, having by relation, yes/no questions, content questions, and core relation particles.
readiness checks
I can recall and use: li, te, na, mi, ti, si, nai, huno.
I can explain or apply: li for wanting and direction, nive for need, te for with/having, possession as relation, safety vocabulary.
I can complete mixed practice for: recognition, substitution, translation, production.
I can find and repair at least one mistake from this unit.

Action, Time, and Description
Present action, simple objects, time words, plans, qualities, and source phrases.

I can recall and use: el, e, sha, ya, anvai, yano, yava, rine.
I can explain or apply: el for current process, predicate after el, direct objects after predicates, relation phrases after objects, negated present action.
I can complete mixed practice for: recognition, predicate-object order, substitution, negation.

Beginner Review and Assessment
Cumulative reading, writing, translation, dialogue, and self-assessment.

I can recall and use: kai, kailun, mi, ti, si, nai, eli, elen.
I can explain or apply: Roman Kai sound review, identity and quality with e, wanting with li, need with el nive, possession-like relation with te.
I can complete mixed practice for: cumulative review, recognition, reading comprehension, translation.
